As part of the Ethereal Collection series, I aimed for my interpretation of the skies beyond our atmosphere. Well with this one…..just beyond. Or is it? As all of art first starts as an experiment, it was interesting to watch the different stages of hardening of the resins at different times per all three pours. Yes, each color demands its own mix, time, and space. Timing is of the essence as resin when left alone will move, and merge together completely if each drop is not timed correctly in relation to its curing time.
