Ethereal Collection 3
As part of the Ethereal Collection series, I aimed for my interpretation of the skies beyond our atmosphere. Started as an experiment at first (well doesn't everything..), I was able to repeat the appropriate steps to consistently suspend the ether and the cosmos in my little universe. If you’ve ever seen those images taken by NASA where there is a mix of bright colors. This is my interpretation of this in a more opaque form. I call it Patchwork (1 and 2). Timing is still of the essence as resin when left alone will move and merge together completely if each drop is not timed correctly in relation to its curing time.
Specs:
Cabochon: Mixed media in resin
22.2mm in diameter long
Bezel: Alloy in Bronze color
